The Cell Tracking Challenge is held yearly by the International Symposium of Biomedical Imaging. Attracting 60 teams from a wide range of universities and medical research centres around the world, it evaluates state-of-the-art cell segmentation and tracking methods on a range of 2D and 3D microscopy images of different cell types.

My FYP is an official entry to the challenge. It features a new method with a focus on high performance and generalisation across imaging modalities. The method ranks 2nd highest globally on multiple datasets.
