Automatic segmentation of brain tumours with neural networks
This FYP uses neural networks to segment brain tumors in MR images. Segmentation of three tumor sub-regions is performed: whole tumor, enhancing tumor and non-enhancing tumor. This project was done as part of the Brain Tumor Segmentation (BraTS) Challenge 2021.
